Service Details & Eligibility

 

All A/C maintenance plans are designed to help keep your system running safely and efficiently. Each plan includes one or more scheduled visits per year, depending on the selected option. Services may include a full system tune-up, drain line flush, electrical and refrigerant check, and performance evaluation.

 

Plan pricing varies depending on the selected option and service level. The Best Plan starts at $299 per system, while other plans may have different rates. All plans are priced per A/C system. No contracts are required. Coverage remains active as long as scheduled visits are completed on time and the system continues to meet eligibility requirements.

 

Drain issues may still arise after flushing due to factors such as age of the home, corrosion, improper slope, prior installation conditions, dirty coils, or debris buildup, and may require a separate service visit. Evaporator or condenser coil cleaning, as well as blower wheel cleaning, is not included in either the maintenance or repair visit and will be billed separately if requested.

This plan include:

 

Our 12-Month No Breakdown Guarantee will cover the labor cost of a qualifying repair if your A/C system breaks down within 12 months of the plan’s start date (the first maintenance visit), and all recommended repairs were completed at that time.

• Drain line flush to help prevent clogs

• Electrical and refrigerant check

• Priority scheduling

• No contracts required

 

This guarantee:

​​

• Applies only to the A/C unit itself

• Does not cover external components such as refrigerant lines or the condensate drain system

• Does not include parts or refrigerant

• Does not include cleaning of evaporator, condenser, or blower components

• May be subject to a warranty processing fee if manufacturer-covered parts are involved

Important Notes:

• If the unit is not operational at the time of service, the visit may be reclassified as a diagnostic call and billed separately

• Service is available during standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

Additional surcharges:

​​

• $50 for attic or rooftop access

• $55 trip fee applies for visits scheduled more than 30 days after the last maintenance visit

• $95 fee for appointments outside of regular hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Extra charges may apply for properties with limited access, service elevator restrictions, concierge check-ins, or other conditions that extend service time.

Additional Terms – The Simple Plan - (Two-Visit A/C Maintenance Plan Without Warranty)

 

The Simple Plan includes two scheduled maintenance visits per year. It is designed to provide proactive care for systems that are currently operating normally.

 

Included with each visit:

• Full system tune-up and performance check

• Drain line flush to help prevent clogs

• Electrical and refrigerant check

• Priority scheduling

• No contracts required

• If the unit is not operational at the time of service, the visit may be reclassified as a diagnostic call and billed separately

Additional Terms – A/C Inspection & Tune-Up

 

This is a one-time preventive check-up for systems that are running at the time of scheduling and service.

It is not a diagnostic or repair visit.

 

If the unit is not cooling, leaking, or showing signs of malfunction, a separate service call may be required and billed accordingly.

 

Included services:

 

• Full system performance check

• Drain line flush

• Electrical and refrigerant evaluation

 

Unless otherwise specified, this offer does not include:

 

• Labor warranty

• Parts, refrigerant, or repairs

• Cleaning of evaporator, condenser, or blower components

• Repairs or follow-up service

Additional Terms – Summer Special

 

This limited-time offer includes a one-time A/C system tune-up and performance check, a drain line flush to help prevent clogs, electrical and refrigerant check. No contracts are required.

 

If your system breaks down within 180 days of this visit and all recommended repairs were completed, we will waive the diagnostic fee for the related repair.

 

Unless otherwise specified, this offer does not include:

 

• Labor, parts, or refrigerant

• Cleaning of evaporator, condenser, or blower components

• Repairs or follow-up service

 

Drain issues may still occur due to prior conditions and may require a separate visit. Appointments for this offer are subject to availability. Emergency no-cool calls may take priority during periods of high demand or severe weather.

 

The Summer Special is:

 

• Non-transferable

• Not valid for commercial properties, third-party requests, new construction, or multi-family buildings

• Offered exclusively as an add-on to a dryer vent cleaning and must be booked for the same appointment

 

Note on Non-Working Units

 

These offers and maintenance plans are intended for systems that are currently operational.

If your A/C is not working at the time of service or requires troubleshooting to restore basic functionality, service may be reclassified as a diagnostic visit and billed at standard repair rates. Maintenance plans do not include diagnosis of no-cooling conditions unless the system is running and accessible for a full performance check.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, modify terms, or decline service at our discretion based on safety, accessibility, equipment type, or conditions beyond standard residential maintenance scope.
